Within The Hut Group (THG), a globally renowned technology platform specializing in health and beauty, my role as a Marketing Assistant in 2023, focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), was instrumental in developing impactful and strategic campaigns across diverse channels. Working within a dynamic team environment, I played a pivotal role in executing global multichannel campaigns for THG's prestigious beauty brands, including Dermstore, SkinStore, and Lookfantastic. Harnessing THG's state-of-the-art e-commerce platform and innovative technology, I ensured that each campaign delivered exceptional shopping experiences to our customers worldwide.

My duties encompassed the end-to-end management of campaigns across Email, SMS, App, and Social Media platforms. From conceptualization to implementation and analysis, I meticulously crafted and monitored campaigns to drive optimal results. Utilizing advanced A/B testing methodologies, I continuously refined campaign performance and fostered engagement among our target audience. Additionally, I conducted in-depth data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to inform our strategic approach. By dissecting key performance indicators (KPIs) and extracting actionable customer insights, I tailored campaigns to specific audience segments, optimizing our marketing endeavors for maximum efficacy.
